Tales of Amaretto and Fire Dancers

Chillin' Like a Villain

Any night with good friends to hangout and rounds of beers or cocktails is always a big thumbs up for me. I think we partied too hard on our first night so we decided to chill for our second night and Juice Bar was the perfect spot. It wasn't crowded at that time and luckily we were able to avail of their happy hour rates on beers and cocktails. There were comfy beanbags outside to sit on, too bad most of the tables were reserved for a group of Taiwanese guests. Their playlist at that time tend to play a lot of chill out music, which was perfect by the way to suit our mood. I highly recommend this place if you're planning to party or just simply chill in Boracay. Juice Bar is located at the Corner of the Plazoleta in Station 2, home to Boracay's arts and crafts.

The Chori-Burger Fix

A Boracay experience wouldn't be complete without trying Chori burger,a popular street food in the island. Chori Burger is actually a grilled sausage (parang longganisa) stuffed in a grilled hotdog bun. For 50 pesos I must say that this is a delectable and affordable treat. Some are actually selling it for 40 pesos.

Pardon for the poor pic...gutom na eh.
Personally I love the sweet and spicy taste that lingers in your taste buds once you take a bite of it, a perfect drink to complement this snack would be a cold mango shake. It is available every afternoon in almost barbeque stands outside of D'Mall .
Playing with Fire
Playing With Fire

Sandar was the last stop of the night. Fire dancing also known as fire twirling is another popular attraction in Boracay. I was amazed with the fire dancers as they skillfully toss and groove to popular tunes to the delight of the crowd. Their gracefulness with the added element of danger make their performance more appealing and entertaining. They would even lit up your cigarette using their poi. We were virtually amazed that we didn't even order a single drink while we were in Sandbar,  make sure to give a tip though. And that concludes our second Boracay night out.
